The Beach Bonporteau

The beach Bonporteau is in the west from Cavalaire.
It is a typical Mediterranian locust with white sand and blue sea.
Surrounded by rocks and kasvillisuus, the shore areas are protected by the sea currents so they are clear and peaceful.
This beach of approximately 150 m, faces a hill which offers a nice place to walk about and from where the whole beautiful landscape with the sea is available.

The recidence "Les Jardins de la mer"

Built in the 1980’s, this recidence has been recently completely renovated. The garden and the balconys are filled with plants and flowers.

The apartment giving to the South, it profites the maximum amount of sunlight.
it is built facing the sea as well, only a few minutes walk to the beach (approx 300 m). This little apartment assures you calm and tranquility.

Situated in the first floor, the apartment has a private small garden of 16m2 with a terrace. It gives an open view to the sea.

The shades have been installed to give protection from the sunlight, and they can be opened if you wish to.
You can relax and sunbathe in the garden and even have your meals there, a table and four chairs are at your disposal.






The apartment is equipped for maximum 4 persons, but is recommended for 2, as the surface is only 21m2.

Totally renovated in 2005, it is equipped with new and stylish furniture.

The apartment is decorated with original and unique paintings , made specially by an Parisian artist : Pépère.

There is a sofa that is easily transformed to a double bed, (140X190) as well as a two-store bed to assure a good nights sleep.

The kitchen : has a sink, electric plates, a micro-wave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a water boiler, all equipment of kitchen necessities, and some basic ingredients for cooking : salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, cleaning products etc. ...

The bathroom and toilettes

Totally renovated in 2005, there is a washbasin, a shower and wc.

Additional Information

The apartment is non-smoking.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace, if the guests make sure that the smoke will not bother the neighbours and that any cigarette butts are left in the garden.

There is a parking spot reserved for the guests in the property.

The recidence is allowed for pets if their owners are well taught and clean up after their four-legged friends. The pet is allowed inside the apartment if it is small (under 7 kilos). Bringing a pet, you are asked for a supplementary fee for one person and a caution of 500 euros.

At your arrival, a caution of 500 euros is asked from you. It shall be returned to you when you leave, after the inventory (check up) of the apartment.

The apartment is clean when you arrive and you are asked to leave it at exactly the same condition as it was on your arrival.

For the comfort of your stay, the kitchen is equipped with basic foodstuffs: salt & pepper, vinegar, mustard,spices, sugar, ... etc and cleaning products. Please make sure that there will be something for those who will stay there after you...
