Marie-Cécile is retired and has plenty of free time which is why she has offered a guest room to visitors.
Amateur of Parisian exhibitions and former student of the 'Ecole du Louvre', she can offer you good advise for your visits in Paris.

She speaks a little English and very little Italian and Spanish.

Located just in front of the Georges Brassens` park which offers a beautiful landscape with different levels, a river with a little bridge and a belvedre from where you can have a look at the garden and all the different varieties of plants, flowers and medical plants, a pond with ducks and a rose garden.



Not far from Porte de Versailles, a place where there are lots of exhibitions in Paris, among which the wine and gastronomy exhibitions, and famous Foire de Paris, Agriculture exhibition, tourism exhibition and many others.

It is also the ideal departure point for your visits of Paris as bus 95 will drive you to Montparnasse, Saint-Germain des Prés, the Louvre Museum, Montmartre...

Marie-Cécile' Dwelling

Located on the first floor (with lift) of a modern building, constructed in 1963, the residence of your hostess is bright and clear.

Facing Georges Brassens Park, the apartment's warmth and calmness are extended in the presence of sunshine.

Marie Cécile' s television is available for your use in the living room if she does not need to be alone in living room.

Your bedroom N° 132

The atmosphere of this small bedroom (10 m2) is refined and studious.

Thanks to it is situated in a large, calm and sunny, inner court, you will have a peaceful and comfort stay (feather pillow or anti-allergy pillows on request).

The room is furnished with a comfortable smallsingle bed (70X180) with a wooden sculptured headboard.

Bathroom and Toilet

The bathroom is equipped with washbassin and a bathtud with a shower.
Towels and hair dryer are at disposal.
The use of the bathroom is shared with your hostess.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Use of the toilet must be shared with your hostess.

Breakfast

According Marie-Cécile's schedule, breakfast is served in the living room or prepared at your disposition in the kitchen.
Breakfast always includes hot drinks, orange juice, baguettes , bread, toats or croissants, butter, various jams ...
Il you enjoy the french croissants, feel free to ask hostess to get one every morning as she will not offer them automaticaly...

In the case of a confirmation at discounted rate (monthly rate), breakfast is not offered but you will have access to the kitchen to prepare it yourselves (respecting the cleanliness of the kitchen and cleaning it as soon as you used it)

Additional information

Arrival or dropping of luggage is possible in the morning if guests give an exact Arrival Time at home and respect it.If not ckeck in will be between 6PM and 8PM.

The apartment is Wifi equipped and you can have a free access to Internet.

Marie-Cécile is non smoker.

In the evening, you may have the use of kitchen (use is limited to reheating food and visitors must respect the cleanliness).

An iron and ironing board are available for use.

Additional services

For 10 euros, the washing machine and soap powder are also available.

If you would like a French conversation on special theme, a guided visit to Paris or a french cooking initiation, according to her availability, Marie-Cécile would be pleased to be your guide in Paris. (price on request)

As an exception,if you are 2 pers, and ask us before doing the online booking, she offers to let you sleep into her own bedroom how have a double bed; in this case she will sleep in the guest room.
