Your bedroom N° 121

From your bedroom, you will have a view in the distance on the Eiffel Tower, the towers of Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Invalides dome.

You will appreciate the cosy atmosphere of the room, which is always supplied with biscuits, chocolates, sweets, a kettle and coffee bags, teas bags, herbal teas to prepare warm drinks, mineral water and fruit juice.
Thanks to its good soundproofing (double-glazed window and oriented on an inner courtyard), you can completely relax peacefully.

The bedroom is furnished with queen size double bed (160 cm X 200 cm), with feather pillows and a thick quilt. Pillows without weather are available upon request for people who suffer from allergies to feathers; a mini-refrigerator and a microwave oven.
You will find a lot of documentation and maps of Paris in your room, as well as a small library with books in different languages.

Shower-room and toilet

The newly renovated "en suite" shower-room is for your private use.
It is equipped with a wash-basin and a shower.
Towels, bath products and a hair-dryer are at your disposal.
The toilet is next to your bedroom. It has to be shared with Brigitte and Gérard.

18-122-Breakfast Table

Breakfast is served by Brigitte in the living room.
You will enjoy the quality of the fresh products offered, especially the fresh “baguette” (bread) and croissants, as well as the warm drinks (coffee, tea, warl milk or chocolate), fruit juices, butter, milk, jams, yoghourts and cheese.
During the week, you are offered to help yourselves in your hosts' refrigerator for all the goods which have to be kept in a cold place.

Additional information

Your arrival or deposit of your bags is possible every day between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm.
If your hosts cannot be at home to welcome you, they will let a key for you at a neighbour's so that you can access directly to your bedroom and have a little rest, even if they are not there.

They both love animals. Your dog, if he is small and well educated, will be most welcome, but you cannot leave him alone in the apartment during the day.
From time to time, Brigitte and Gerard look after a dog who belongs to friends of them. He sleeps in their bedroom and is not allowed to go to your room. Thus you will not meet him often. However, if you are allergic to dogs, please tell Brigitte so that she will not have him at home during your stay.

The bedroom is strictly non smoking. Gérard is a smoker, but he does not smoke in the apartment ; if you are also smoker, when your hosts are at home you can smoke on the balcony of the dining-room, but never in the guest room.

An iron and an ironing board are available upon request.

Brigitte loves music and she has a piano that you can play if you wish, when she is at home.

Additional services

In the afternoon, Brigitte can be available to spend time for a conversation in French with you or to accompany you and to show you the real Paris , for a guided tour in the neighbourhood, or to an open-air market, or to some interesting places less visited by tourists than the usual well-known touristic places recommended in the guide books (25 euros for one hour, tours for two hours minimum – these are private tours personalized for you only, not in a group).
