Your Hostess

Florence, your hostess, is in her forties.
Fond of expositions, passionate about architecture and painting, she will be a good guide and give you good advise for your visits around Paris and your evening activities.
Friendly and attentionate, she will delight you all through your Bed & Breakfast stay in Paris.
Florence speaks English.

Florence is a journalist and works for a Parisian radio. She goes regularly on business trips and also spend some times with her mother in the South of France. Then you will be by yourselves at her home (no breakfast included). It is her friend Houria who will welcome you and will be the person to contact during your stay if necessary. Houria speaks good English.

If Florence is not at her home, one friend will welcome you. She will give you information on your accommodation and on the area, and will give you the keys of the apartment. She will be at your disposal during all your stay if you have any question.

Florence' small Dwelling

Located on the first floor with lift of a high standard hausmanian residence built in 1890, Florence's apartment is a little gem as it windows open onto the Eiffel Tower and its gardens. Not just onto the top of Eiffel Tower... From it windows, you have to unique privilege to face the "integral body" of Eiffel tower... no other buildings are between you and this worldly know monument.

Your suite /Bedroom N° 104

It is more than a bedroom that Florence offers to you, but a real 'suite' with a private living room (17m2), a bedroom (12m2) and a bathroom (5m2).

You can not imagine a better place for a guest room in Paris... Behind its vaporous curtains, of the bedroom , almost touchable by stretching out your arm, a direct sight on the Eiffel Tower... In the evening, laying on your bed, you will dream quite awakened in the lights of its sparklings and in morning, you will have the delight to discover that it was not a dream by opening eyes and by seeing the iron lady wishing you "Bon jour"...


This romantic suite will also delight you with it wooden floor, molded sealing, paintings and arts books.

Despite of its location near a busy street and the touristic Eiffel Tower gardens you can be sure to rest in peace and quiet during the night. Florence may also offer you top for ears if you need them to sleep confortably.

It is more than a bedroom Florence is offering you but a full suite with a private lounge with a small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.




Bedroom is side by side of your private lounge and it window also openonto the garden and Eiffel Tower direct view. It is a small room but it is offering a double bed (140x190).

Bathroom and Toilet

The bathroom is newly renovated and is for your private use. It is equiped with a wash basin, a small bath and a fixed shower.
Hair dryer, towels and bath products are at your disposal.


The toilets are independant from the bathroom;

Breakfast

Breakfast is not served. In your suite you have a small kitchen allowing you to prepare breakfast by your own.

Additional information

No breakfast.
No cleaning during your stay. if you need it florence can make it done for 13 euros/ hour.

An extra single matress can also bed added for a child, or for a young adult. Feel free to ask for rate and availability.

Florence does not own animals, and does not wish to receive any.

Florence does not smoke and wish to receive only non smokers.

The apartment is Wifi equipped. If you bring your laptop with you, you can access to Internet.

Florence is artist an like to make evoluate the decoration and the position of the furnitures that are in the guest room. I often do routine visits in the b&b I recommande but Florence is faster than me... So do not be surprised arriving home if it does not look like it was in these pictures. Furnitures will always be same but not there color or location.
