The XVth district is a very Parisian one

Location

The XVth district is the most crowded district of Paris with its 200,000 inhabitants, let’s say as much as in a large city ! It is a district where you can find a mixed population in terms of ages. It is very lively with lots of shops, especially Rue Saint Charles and Rue du Commerce and the famous Rue Cler. It also offers many gardens and public parks, among which the Violet Square, Andre Citroën park or Saint-Lambert park where you can gently walk in a quiet and green area, or private entertainment parks such as the Aquaboulevard, the large aquatic centre located at Porte de Versailles. Montparnasse is quite close, with its 53 levels’ tower from which you will have a large view over Paris, its famous restaurants, as “la Coupole” or “la Closerie des Lilas”. And, of course, the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides and lots of museums not far.

This large apartment of eight rooms on two levels (170 m2) is located on the 9 th and 10 th floors (with an elevator:lift until 9 th) of a building built in 1960, located in a small and quiet street, very close to the Violet Square, near the metro station Felix Faure.
This building of high level standing is very secured : automatic supervision of the building all day and night as well as a keeper during the day.

It offers several terraces both sides, the largest (35 m2) being close to the guest room 324 , with a magnificient view on Paris, with the Eiffel Tower in front of you.

As art lovers, Odile and her husband decorated their apartment with lots of paintings, modern or from the past centuries, depending on their love for them.

With its large windows, the apartment offers a modern style where you can find some traditional old pieces of furniture brought from travels or inherited from the family... such as, in the living room downstairs, two “closed beds” typical of Britany with their sliding doors, or the Danish clock.
